How the Customer Portal Works for You
Conveniently access your coverage plan everywhere you go and get helpful guidance for all the additional benefits and services included in your contract. Check the status of your claims, request roadside help, schedule towing, or arrange a rental car, all from one convenient hub.
Because it’s mobile-friendly, you can log in anytime, on any device, for a modern and streamlined way to use your Endurance protection.
Easy Sign-In and Access
Log in to your online account by visiting the Endurance website (EnduranceGarantía.com) on your phone, tablet, or computer browser — then go to “Account Sign-in.”
No more passwords! To sign in, just enter in your email and we’ll send you a one-time passcode. That way, you’re not stuck remembering a password you set months ago or get locked out after too many wrong attempts.
Simply enter the unique one-time code sent to your email each time you log in. A new code is generated for every sign-in to keep your account secure and hassle-free.
With our self-service portal, you also won’t need to download or update an app from Google Play or the App Store. We’ve made it simple to access your account, and all the features are usable on any device, including cell phones, tablets, and laptop or desktop computers.
Nota: If you’re logging in for the first time, you’ll be asked to provide your basic information, Endurance contract number, and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to link your contract to your new user account.
Everything All in One Place
Your coverage details and benefits are the heart of your Endurance plan, and the portal makes them easy to find. At the top of the Customer Portal, you’ll see the Cobertura section, which lets you view your existing contract(s) and alerts you to key updates, including:
- Claim activity
- Mileage updates
- Missed payments
- Plan renewals
You can also review your plan’s deductible, additional drivers, and the components eligible for coverage. This way, if you have a breakdown and want to confirm what’s covered, you’ll know at a glance.
Faster Repairs and Service
Breakdowns are stressful, but getting service shouldn’t be. With the portal, you can view and share your Contract ID Card digitally. Simply email it to your repair shop so they can begin verifying your coverage and move your claim forward.
Quick Access to Your Benefits
The portal also includes a quick-action toolbar to help guide you when you use your plan:
- Request a tow

If you have active Beneficios de élite, you’ll also see a widget detailing your perks, which may include: *
- Tire coverage for up to 4 repairs or replacements per year due to road hazards
- Windshield repair or replacement (up to $500) due to road hazards
- Key fob or key replacement if you’ve broken or lost your keys
- Up to $500 in collision discounts if you’re in a car accident
- Up to $1,000 in total loss protection if your vehicle is totaled (legacy benefit; not available on new contracts)
All authorized services must be conducted through a certified repair shop. So, we’ve made it easy to find a trusted mechanic through our partnership with the RepairPal Certified Network, ensuring your vehicle is serviced by licensed repair shops and technicians who accept Endurance coverage and guarantee their work.
Manage Your Account
We’ve made it simple to update your contact information, including your mailing address, phone number, and email. Find the My Info page to provide your updated information at any time.
Have multiple Endurance contracts? You can link additional contracts to your user profile so you can easily view all your coverage plans in one place.
You can also download a copy of your contract, print or share your Plan ID Card, or add additional drivers to your policy directly from the customer portal.
