How to make an Elite Benefits claim and receive your reimbursement
1.
Call for authorization and approval.
Before moving forward with your repair or replacement, call the administrator listed on your Elite Benefits membership agreement within 60 days* of the incident for approval.
2.
Take your vehicle to a certified shop.
Search here for a qualified repair facility or to find a mechanic near you.
3.
Get reimbursed.
Within 30 days after opening an Elite Benefits claim, submit the following information to your Elite Benefits administrator:
- Copy of membership agreement
- Photos of the damage
- Copy of the final paid invoice and an itemized list of repair costs
- Completed claim form
* Collision discount requires notification within five days of occurrence and requires a copy of collision insurance and settlement check.
