How do I use my Roadside Assistance Benefits
You can access your 24/7 roadside benefits on the Endurance Customer Portal. Simply view your vehicle service contract and call the towing provider listed in your contract. Once connected, please provide the dispatcher with your contract details—available 24/7 in the Customer Portal. It's essential to note customers are entitled to one service described above per 72 hours. We recommend saving the roadside assistance number to your phone for easy access.

How do I get reimbursed for Roadside Assistance?
Access your account through the Endurance Customer Portal to find your Roadside Assistance details, or call our customer care team at (866) 432-4443 to request Roadside Assistance.
In the event your vehicle is disabled and you called for 24-Hour Roadside Assistance services and benefits on your own, you will be eligible for reimbursement. Log in to the Endurance Customer Portal to see your contract details and reimbursement instructions. -
How does Trip Interruption work?
In the event you cannot operate your vehicle due to a Covered Repair and the breakdown occurs more than 100 miles away from your home, you are eligible for up to $150 dollars per day for up to 3 days—up to $450 total—for expenses incurred by you for meals and/or lodging while your vehicle is being repaired. -

Yes! No matter the time of day, roadside service is available when your car experiences a sudden breakdown. Simply log in to the Endurance Customer Portal to review your contract details or request Roadside Assistance.
