To check the status of your Endurance repair claim, log in to the Customer Portal for real-time updates. You can also contact our customer experience team at (866) 432-4443 if you need additional support.

If your vehicle has broken down and you need to file a new claim:

1. Take action to prevent further damage to your vehicle and get it to a certified mechanic. If you’re not sure where to go, we can help! Search for a repair shop near you by visiting endurancewarranty.com/repair.

2. Present your Endurance coverage to the shop’s service manager once you arrive at the repair facility. The service manager will contact Endurance for authorization before any repairs begin.

3. Review what’s covered under your Endurance contract with the service manager and have them complete your claim.

4. You may need to pay the deductible listed in your contract terms, which is typically between $0 and $200.

6. Finally, sit back and relax. Endurance and the repair shop will handle the rest. Just pick up your vehicle once it’s ready!
