FAQ: Where is my refund?

If you’ve chosen to cancel your Endurance vehicle service contract (sometimes referred to as an auto protection plan or extended warranty), your refund can only be processed once the official cancellation form is completed, notarized, and returned to us.

Without notarization, we can’t confirm your vehicle’s mileage, which means your cancellation request may remain incomplete, and any refund you may be eligible for cannot be processed. You can learn more about this requirement in our FAQ: Why do I need to have my form notarized?

Once we receive your notarized cancellation form, please allow up to 6 weeks for standard processing. Refunds are issued by check or credited back to your original payment method, depending on how your contract was set up.
