FAQ: How can I update my personal information?

If you have recently moved or changed your phone number, you’ll want to make sure Endurance has the most up-to-date contact information on record for your vehicle service contract.

To update your address, phone number, or any other personal details on your Endurance account, log in to the Customer Portal and visit the “My Info” tab. Please note that only the primary account holder can update contact information.

Our customer experience team is also available by phone at (866) 432-4443. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for any updates to reflect in your account.
