Endurance plans are honored at any licensed repair facility in the nation, including dealerships, chain shops, and local independent shops. You’re not locked into a specific network, so even if you’re away from home, you’re covered.

To find a certified shop near you, use the VIP Repair Network search page. You can also access the shop search directly from the Endurance Customer Portal by selecting ‘Find a Repair Shop’ on the Overview tab.

If you’re ready to schedule a repair, the Customer Portal also includes a built-in repair scheduler. Click ‘Start a Claim’ on the Overview tab and tap ‘Get Started’ for step-by-step guidance to locate nearby participating facilities, understand what information you’ll need before your visit, and prepare for the repair process.

A few things worth having on hand before you arrive: your VIN, current mileage, and your Endurance plan ID or contract number. Providing these upfront helps the shop contact Endurance quickly to confirm coverage and get authorization without unnecessary delays.
