FAQ: How does Endurance pay for the cost of my auto repairs?
When you have a covered repair, Endurance pays the licensed repair facility directly. There’s no waiting on a reimbursement check or paying out of pocket and hoping to get it back later.
The process is straightforward. Once a repair is authorized, simply choose any licensed repair facility you trust and have them contact Endurance to confirm coverage. From there, Endurance works directly with the shop to cover the cost of eligible parts, labor, and tax.
The only amount you’re responsible for is your deductible, which is outlined in your contract. Everything else covered under your plan is handled between Endurance and the repair facility, so you can focus on getting back on the road.
