FAQ: What happens after I file a claim?
Once your claim is filed, our team completes a final review to verify coverage eligibility and determine whether authorization can be issued under your contract terms. This typically involves confirming your vehicle’s details, the nature of the repair, and that the work falls within your plan’s coverage terms. The repair shop works directly with Endurance through this process, so you won’t need to manage the back-and-forth.
After authorization is issued, the shop proceeds with the approved repairs. Endurance pays the facility directly for covered parts, labor, and tax, so generally, there is no reimbursement check to wait on. Depending on your contract terms and the repair, your responsibility may be limited to your deductible and non-covered amounts.
Once the work is complete, you pay your deductible to the shop, and you’re back on the road. If any questions or coverage clarifications come up during the process, our claims team is available to help work through them. You can reach us at (866) 432-4443.
